In March 2011, Activa Capital completed the acquisition of Findis Group.
Created in 1987, Findis Group is a leading French value-added B2B distributor of electrical appliances, kitchen supplies, do-it-yourself and household equipment.
During the past five years, the Group Findis turnover increased from €175M in 2010 to €300M in 2016. During this period, the Group developed itself through both organic and external growth. In particular, the strengthening of its market has been accelerated with the accomplishment of 4 build-ups (Cocélec in 2012, Ronzier and David Ménager in 2013, Désamais in 2015).
Exit
In 2017, Activa Capital sold its shares in Findis to Naxicap Partners and the management team.
