In March 2017, Activa Capital became the reference financial shareholder of HR Path, alongside the management team and the historical financial investors Ardian Croissance and Société Générale Capital Partenaires.
Created in 2001, HR Path is a HR and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) specialist employing 500 consultants in 4 areas of expertise: HR and HRIS consulting services, HRIS implementation, HR outsourcing solutions, HR software publishing and distribution. Headquartered in Paris, the group is present in France through 9 regional agencies and on an international scale through 13 subsidiaries.
The project supported by Activa Capital is to continue the group’s track-record of growing both organically and by acquisitions (13 acquisitions completed since 2009) with the objective to further strengthen the group’s positioning as the independent leading transversal expert of HR and HRIS solutions in France and abroad.
