In May 2012, Activa Capital acquired Armatis and organised the merger of two major French call centres companies, Armatis and Laser Contact.
In March 2016, Armatis acquires the company Data Contact and enters the Top 5 contact centres on the Polish market.
Armatis has an international presence with 20 locations in France, in Tunisia, in Portugal and in Poland.
Activa Capital will capitalise of the strong complementarity of the two businesses in terms of synergies and cross-selling opportunities. In addition to the leadership position created in France, the combined group intends to develop internationally.
