Project

In April 2019, Activa Capital became the majority shareholder of Medisys alongside the acquiring manager, Guillaume Bouillot, Turenne Santé and its historical shareholder Bernard Chevalier.

Arche MC2 is the leading software publisher in the home-care field and for institutions specialized in dependent persons and local authorities, born from the merger between Medisys and Cityzen (March 2021), the two leaders in the sector.

Activa Capital's project, in association with the new President, is to support the company in its strategic plan while contributing its know-how in the execution of targeted external growth operations.

Build-ups

Medisys completed its first external growth operation with Sykio (publisher of the Ogust Manager software) in January 2020 and finalised its merger with Cityzen (a subsidiary of Groupe Up) in March 2021 to form the leader in medico-social software in France.
