In February 2022, Activa Capital becomes a reference minority shareholder of the group, alongside the founders Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, majority shareholders and respectively Chairman and General Manager of Rhétorès Finance.
In addition to this operation, Activa Capital enables the simultaneous acquisition of the financial advisory firm Cap Fidélis, based in Lille and whose founding family significantly reinvests during the transaction.
Founded in 2011 in Paris by Stéphane Rudzinski and Grégory Soudjoukdjian, Rhétorès Finance is a fast-growing financial advisory (FA) firm.
Activa Capital’s project, alongside the founders, is to support the group’s strong ambitions, via organic and external growth by federating the best French FAs, sharing the same values of commitment, objectivity and transparency.
