Logitrade is the leading French firm in the field of procurement outsourcing, focused on non-strategic purchases. Logitrade works on behalf of large French and international groups to carry out their non-strategic industrial purchasing requirements and helps its clients to improve their purchasing cost base.
In 2006, Activa Capital organized the MBI of Logitrade alongside its founder, Bernard Mercadier.
Build-up
In March 2008, Activa Capital organized the merger of Logitrade with its smaller competitor Achats Services Industrie (ASI). This build-up acquisition strengthened Logitrade’s leading position in France.
Exit
In February 2013, Activa Capital sold Logirade to a group of regional investors.
