In 2005, Activa Capital organised the OBO (Owner Buyout) of ProNatura, previously 100% controlled by its management.
A strong underlying growth and a successful build-up strategy have reinforced ProNatura’s leading position in Europe, while the management team has expanded the product range and number of active clients.
ProNatura has completed several projects to develop exclusive supply chains; at the same time, the company has opened new distribution platforms.
Activa Capital's interest was aroused by ProNatura leading position in a market growth, and significant opportunities for external growth.

In November 2014, Activa Capital sold ProNatura to Naxicap Partners and to its management team chaired by Lionel Wolberg.
