In September 2010, Activa Capital created Ergalis, a build-up platform focused on the human resources sector. Selpro is the first acquisition made by Ergalis. Selpro is specialised in temporary staffing solutions for small and medium-sized companies.
In March 2011, Ergalis made its second acquisition with Plus RH, a recruitment and temporary employment specialist operating in the service industry.
In 2012, Ergalis has continued its growth policy, with five new companies joining its portfolio : Interim Medical Service, Action Beauté Cosmétique Interim, Action Assistance, Talent People and Aura Staffing.
In 2013, the historic brands emanating from acquisitions disappeared for the global brand Ergalis itself based on 13 umbrella brands.
Exit
In October 2014, Activa Capital sold Ergalis to Groupe LFPI and to its management team.
