In December 2012, Activa Capital became the largest shareholder in La Maison Bleue, alongside the company’s management, in order to finance further organic and external growth.
La Maison Bleue currently manages 7 000 places in 180 nurseries throughout France and employs 2 300 people. Opening some twenty new child care nurseries each year, La Maison Bleue is a leading player in the market.
Activa Capital assists the Group in its development, both organically and through acquisitions, in France and internationally.
Exit
In October 2016, Activa Capital sold La Maison Bleue to Towerbrook and Bpifrance.
