In May 2018, Activa Capital became the reference financial shareholder of Active Assurances, alongside the founding shareholders.
Created in 2011, Active Assurances is an insurance broker specialised in the on-line sale of automotive insurance policies.
With headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt, the company also has an offshore management centre with 100 employees, which allows it to maintain a sustained level of efficient service.
Activa Capital's investment project is to support Active Assurances during its strong transformation and development stage, as well as to bring its expertise in external growth transactions.
Build-ups
In February 2019, Active Assurances realizes its first build-up with the acquisition of AFI Assurances, expert in health, accident and life insurance brokerage.
In September 2020, the Group realized the acquisition of the healthcare insurance portfolio of Cabinet WILHELM SA.
Exit
In April 2021, Active Assurances Groupe joined the Meilleurtaux group after three years of strong growth alongside Activa Capital.
