In September 2022, Activa Capital becomes a minority shareholder of the group, alongside Benjamin Provost, majority shareholder and President of Willing. This operation enables the management team to acquire a stake in the company, as well as the reinvestment of Re-Sources Capital, the group's historical minority financial partner, which retains a stake in the capital.
Founded in 2016 in Toulouse with the ambition to build a key player in its market, Willing is a sustainable transformation and performance consulting firm. Since its creation, the company has recorded a remarkable organic growth to become one of the key players with local reach, with 9 agencies and more than 200 employees.
Activa Capital's goal, alongside Benjamin Provost, is to support the company in its strategic plan while bringing its expertise in structuring fast-growing companies.
