In November 2023, Activa Capital becomes a minority shareholder of the group, alongside the founders, Delphine Vitry and Jean Révis. As part of this transaction, fifteen key managers were invited to take a stake in MAD’s capital.
Founded in 2009 by Delphine Vitry and Jean Révis, MAD is a leading strategy consulting firm dedicated to the Luxury industry. With 60 consultants from 8 nationalities, located in Paris and China, MAD provides a unique expertise to address Brand, Product Offering, Distribution, and Talent issues for all major global luxury product and high-end experiential groups.
Activa Capital's goal, alongside the founders, is to support MAD in its organic growth trajectory while bringing its expertise in primary operations and external growth.
