In January 2019, Activa Capital became the majority shareholder of Explore alongside the management of the company.
Created in 1997, Explore produces and values descriptive and behavioral data on the news of companies and territories to fuel business development, market analysis and customer knowledge.
Activa Capital's project, along with Laurent Nicouleau and Philippe Raison, is to continue and accelerate the development of Explore, giving them the means to operate a group and consolidation strategy.
Build-ups
Explore completed a first external growth operation with the acquisition of Gest'Innov in February 2019, followed by a second build-up with the acquisition of Sociétéinfo in March 2021.
